How was your beginning and trajectory in G's? 
I started as irrigator in the organic products sectot of the Group and soon I became head of irrigation in the same area. Currently I am responsible for G's España transplant.

What tasks and responsibilities are the ones that attract you the most in your job?
Transplant is a very nice job, it is one of the bases to obtain a final quality product. It is very satisfying to see a newly planted farm where there was nothing before.

With "Efficiency"  because I am very motivated in my daily work and in this way, I can contribute to the rapid adaptation of possible changes and to continuous improvement in a more efficient way for everyone.
