BackSpring Onions & Spinach Pizza

Preparation
Prepare the base, mixing in a bowl the water and the yeast, two tablespoons of flour and sugar. Let stand for 10 min and start adding the flour, stirring continuously. Add the salt.
Knead the dough until you get a compact ball and let stand for 30 min.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Put into a preheated oven at 180ºC for 5 min.
Wash and chop the spring onion and sauté the spinach for 2 min.
Add all the ingredients to the pizza base and cook at 180º for 15min.
