How was your beginning and trajectory in G's?
I started my career in 1979 when I was 17 as responsible for the calibrators. Over the years I have been in different positions: line manager, warehouse manager until I reach my current position as Director of Operations.

I have always felt very involved and respected in each of the different jobs I have done, with my bosses and my colleagues. This is what excites me every day to come happy to work, I think that is what helps us all to improve at every moment.

What tasks and responsibilities are the ones that attract you the most in your job?
I love negotiation because it's what we do every day, most times without realizing it

With which of our values ​​do you identify yourself most? And why?
"Trust" and "Can-do". All are important, but:
- If you lose Efficiency , in another project you can improve it.
- Quality, you can fail at a certain time, but you recover.
- Expertise, you have the one that has allowed your career.
- Trust, if you lose it is very difficult but not impossible to recover it. If you are not committed and motivated, you will hardly generate trust.
