How was your beginning and trajectory in G's?

I started by replacing a maternity leave in Pozo Estrecho, as an administrative assistant and I had the opportunity to stay in G's after that first period. After four years, I was offered a position as Head of Administration of a group of companies that we acquired in 2015. It was a very enriching project, giving me new ways of seeing the business and a global vision. Currently I am in the financial team of Farming Division, we report monthly results of all the areas of  Cartagena, Jumilla and Albacete.

Why work at G's? 

I like the agricultural and dynamic business, in addition G's allows you to choose several profiles, and work with a large team of people. From my point of view, a business group with this level of billing implies daily effort and self-demand to offer quality both in products and in our services (internally and externally), which is a plus when it comes to achieving experience in what we do every day

What tasks and responsibilities are the ones that attract you the most in your job?

The responsibility when preparing the monthly results reports would perhaps be the most, since it involves not only reviewing reports, but coordinating the team that works to achieve it in a time and manner. Not only do you coordinate a Financial team,  you must coordinate with all the departments that are involved in it.

With which of our values ​​do you identify yourself most? And why? 

All the values ​​that the group represents are necessary to achieve excellence, it is difficult to choose one only since normally the combination of several is what makes us be how we are. If I had to choose, they would be "Can-do" and "Trust". In my opinion, if you have motivation for something to be done, with effort it will be achieved. On the other hand, trust is the best foundation in your work; Trust in your team and confidence of the leaders in you, there is no greater motivation than that.
