How was your beginning and trajectory in G's?

I started as Lean Facilitator for the improvement of the productive processes and after a couple of years in many areas of the company both in Spain and in UK, I was promoted to Manager of Lean department in Spain. After two years as a manager, the company offered me the position of Director of Operations and I accepted it.

Why work at G's?

In addition, it is a company with a trajectory of more than 30 years growing exponentially and where the sky is the limit.

What tasks and responsibilities are the ones that attract you the most in your job?

The strategic analysis, knowing where the market will go with in terms of packaging and / or products. Study how to have our facilities ready for that future that becomes present, since the investment in facilities or machinery is high and the highest quality. There is a lot of responsibility in those decisions.

With which of our values ​​do you identify yourself most? And why?

I identify myself with "Can-do". Adaptation and continuous improvement. I have been improving processes for many years, adapting them to a world that changes at high speeds.

Would you recommend other people to work at Grupo G's España?

Yes, in fact I have recommended it often and there are already several friends working with us.
